This list is a plain-English placeholder covering categories that are clearly not allowed on ASiS. It will be replaced with a solicitor-reviewed policy before public launch.

What you can't sell on ASiS

- Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorised copies of any brand. - Stolen goods, or items you don't have the legal right to sell. - Anything unlawful to sell in the UK or in the buyer's country. - Weapons, ammunition, or items designed as weapons. - Recalled products, or items subject to a safety recall. - Used underwear, used swimwear, or intimate items in used condition. - Prescription medicines, controlled substances, drugs or drug paraphernalia. - Tobacco, vapes, e-cigarettes, or alcohol. - Live animals, animal parts, or products from endangered species (including certain furs and skins). - Hazardous, flammable, or restricted materials that cannot be safely shipped. - Digital goods, downloads, gift cards, tickets, or services. - Anything that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.

Consequences

Listings that fall into these categories will be removed. Repeat or serious breaches (in particular counterfeits and stolen goods) will result in account suspension and, where required, reporting to the relevant authorities.
