Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Peer-to-peer sales are final unless the item is not as described or never arrives. If there's a problem, message the seller first, then open a dispute within 7 days of delivery.

Sellers have 3 days to ship after payment. If tracking isn't added by then, message them; if you still don't get a response, open a dispute and your funds are refunded from escrow.

No. Anyone can list an item. Verified sellers get a badge, more visibility, and are the only ones who can host live auctions.

How do offers and negotiation work?

Buyers can make offers at 50%+ of your asking price. You can accept, decline, or counter — up to 3 rounds. Accepted offers reserve the item for 24 hours so the buyer can pay.

Once the buyer confirms receipt (or 7 days after delivery with no dispute), funds are released from escrow and paid out to your linked account.
