Welcome to ASiS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ASiS, a secondhand fashion marketplace protecting buyers and sellers with escrow. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use ASiS. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Listings and sales

Sellers are responsible for accurately describing items, including brand, condition, size, and any flaws. Prohibited items include counterfeits, stolen goods, and anything unlawful to sell in your jurisdiction. ASiS may remove listings that violate these Terms at its discretion.

Escrow and payments

ASiS holds buyer payments in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt or the dispute window closes. A platform fee applies to every completed sale, disclosed at checkout. Verified items may carry an additional authentication fee.

Disputes

Buyers have a 7-day dispute window from delivery. Both parties can submit photos and evidence; ASiS reviews and issues a fair outcome — refund, partial refund, or release to seller.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to circumvent escrow, harass other members, scrape the service, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system. Violations may result in account suspension.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. ASiS may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
